The Pilot Flying J truck stop location in Matthews, Missouri has reopened after closing in June due to a fire. 
The completely rebuilt location (store #671) includes a PJ Fresh for food options, over 175 parking spaces, 10 brand new showers and 12 diesel lanes.
Located at 703 State Highway 80 in Matthews off I-55 the center also includes a Denny’s and a CAT scale.
In June 2018, six area fire fire departments tried to battle the blaze that resulted in the location’s complete destruction. No injuries were reported in the fire.
